Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot visited Dundalk last Tuesday, Feb. 27, making stops at Sollers Point Technical High School as well as Norris Ford.

The Comptroller started the day at Sollers Point Tech, where he toured the building, learning more about the school's career and technology programs. During his tour, led by school principal Michael Weglein, Franchot talked to students and staff in the Culinary Arts program and other departments.

Franchot also stopped by Norris Ford on Merritt Boulevard, where he took a tour and discussed the longtime local company's history of business in Dundalk.

The Comptroller presented a citation to the business in honor of its 100th anniversary, celebrated last year.
