Over the next few months, I'm going to lay out my vision for our state’s future. It begins with protecting Maryland's families, workers, and small businesses from the COVID crisis. And when we build back our economy, it will be fundamentally different. We’ll create a more fair system that puts Main Street before Wall Street, and gives our workers the quality of life they deserve, because they are the engine that drives Maryland’s success.

I intend to earn your trust from Day One, by changing the way Government does business. I understand that right now, it feels like the system isn’t built to benefit you. To change that we must change your outcomes, and only then will we earn your trust.

Your trust in government will allow us to deliver bigger, better, bolder reforms. Our challenges are sweeping. So too must be our solutions.  I have the vision of an outsider, and the skills of an insider. I know how to get things done. Together, we can build a better future.

I’m Peter Franchot, and I work for all of Maryland. Always have and always will.

POLITICAL OUTSIDER. PROVEN LEADER. A CHAMPION FOR MARYLANDERS.
