Media Advisory: Comptroller Franchot Tours Eastern Shore Open Space Project

WHAT:         Comptroller Franchot will tour a portion of land between the Tuckahoe Riverand Norwich Creek in Easton.  The 67-acre-project, approved by the Board of Public Works, recently received a generous donation of 40 additional acres froma local family.  The land is in the critical area and recently receivedthe state certification for meeting green space requirements.
